“App-A-Cab,” a trademark of Hampton Roads Transportation, Inc. (“HRTI” or the “Company”), is the premier smart phone Taxi Booking App for Hampton Roads (including Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Newport News, Hampton, their local airports and military bases). HRTI provides dispatch, administration, accounting, and maintenance services for taxi companies operating throughout the Hampton Roads area. HRTI does not itself provide transportation but instead uses App-A-Cab and other technologies to dispatch ride requests to taxi drivers who are independent lessees of the taxi companies.
